Kilada Hills is set to host Europe's first Chedi resort (www.ghmhotels.com), a luxury GHM operated hotel with 40 Club Suites, alongside a range of prestigious residences. Additionally, the resort will include an 18-hole championship golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus (www.nicklaus.com), one of the sport's biggest names and one of the world's most recognised golf course designers.
The resort will consist of a 71-room five-star hotel alongside 40 Chedi Club Suites, with public areas that include a central lodge with the main restaurant and lounge, boutique, library, main pool and poolside café. Other resort amenities will include a spa, a marina and the Nicklaus signature golf course and club house.
Each Club Suite will consist of an elegant sleeping area and lounge, an indoor and outdoor bathroom, a private dining pavilion and a private landscaped garden. All pavilions will come with full-size pools and over-sized day beds. The pavilions will include a mix of one and two bedroom units of more than 200 sq m of covered, air-conditioned space, with an additional 200 sq m of useable external areas.
